first check the suyem update by phone>>settings>>system>>updates>>download >>install.

1. visit https://en.miui.com/
2. click on  custom rom
3. select your device ex: i selected poco f1.
4. then there is miui 11 based on android 10 available to download.
5. Flashing /updating from mobile?

download >> put in recovery mode install from source done (another article required).
