what do if you don’t know the survey number of land?

contact vro they check in Village record list  ROR and 1B. every year ts govt release funds for maintaining survey stones in every village.

in 2017-18 budget ts govt released 17 crores. its panchayat secretary , vra and vro duty to know the land survey number. but they don;t even go to field.

you have to identify by surrounding survey numbers of neighbors which i did using meebhoomi or ccla telangana portal.

reason of rejection : applicant name does not found in the preset column of khatedar.** (bribe) after 1 year.
status: under process until 1 year. after year rejected for above reason or any.

corruption chain: they will arrange middleman mostly VRA. if not pay, surveyor says there are lot of application 1000+
i do 1 for a day then also not complete the application. or they said am at field call me later. or ask vro >>mro.
they not give you survey date.asks for neighbours sign or aadhaar permission many ways they manipulate.

mycase: applied 9 times 400 each 3500 + valuable time rupees wasted, if i give 2000 rupees on 2015-16 there is no issue.
2019. i went to prajavani. they did survey.
they provoked neighbor former(recorded video fake words) and rejected my land stated that go to court. asked vro to solve but they denied.

lawyer asked 25% from the land value.

what we do if they ask bribe?

tell them a place & date. contact ACB you can find no online for district explain them.
they will give their currency. if middle man takes , he call >>vro >>mro as it recorded. so both will caught.

After meeseva fline application

Get a signed by mro

Take copy of that.

Remember meeseva application number usually starts with ttder 2020..

 etc.

Handover to some assistant there.

Maybe required to give a copy to surveyor.

He will bring FMB/teapon for that survey number or survey numbers  (only f line enough for multiple survey numbers)

He will assign a date for your survey and give you a receipt.

Make sure to bring your survey number documents to filed survey.

He check whether this land comes under this survey number or not.

and measures the boundaries your part of land maybe total survey number boundaries.

Note:one survey number holds multiple subdivision numbers for different land owners.

After survey or another day after the surveyor will give you a report.

Take that make a copy of it.

And give it VRO to change the records.

if surveyor delaying in making survey or giving report. You can assume that he expecting something through mediators or directly.

Lot of people may file f line petition. and checking for status.

The righway is, after we applied for fline petition, surveyor has to call us and complete the survey within 30 days. And the report will have to update online.

We can take printout from the meeseva.

But they wait for 1 year, after 1 year they Mark your application as rejected, may due to some possible reasons, the applicant holder not in present column of katadar pattadar.

Vro, surveyor, and other team

When you approach for changed records this year, but previous year records are in your name.in that case legally within 1year vro, within 3 years mro can change the records.

But they suggest survey through fline
