The online Process
- TR Number
- Last 5 digits of chassis number
- Applicant Id & Address proof
Make Payment
- Blood group necessary in case of accidents (70% died while checking blood group)
Road worthiness certificate copy (in Form 22) from the vehicle manufacturer

- Original RC
- Insurance Certificate
- Pollution Board
- Id, Address proof like Voter Id, Passport, Driving licence, Aadhaar card.
- Noc Form no 28
- Form no 29 (transfer form)
- Form no 30 (Incase of finance)
Amount 365 INR Rupees including Postal charges. Rc delivered within 1 for corresponding Address.

Transfer of 2nd hand cars & bikes process (within RTO, different RTO /out of state)
Within RTO:
Old Owner & New Owner: stays same area under RTO Then No NOC Needed.
Inter RTO: NOC Required
Pay The pending challans, Sign transfer paper 31 by Old Owner, valid insurance, PUC Required.
Other states:
A vehicle can be used in any other state without re-registration for a maximum period of 12 months.
Either cancel registration of other state(NOC Needed from Previous RTO) re register with new state , or pay life time road tax for present state.

the maximum period a vehicle registered in one state can be kept in another state is 1 year.

Without obtaining NOC from old RTO, can I pay road tax in new state for my vehicle?
yes,
As per Hyderabad high court order any state can not charge life time road tax to a vehicle which is already registered ( paid road tax during purchase) with other state. There is no such provision to collect multiple time road tax in Indian Motors Act
HSRP High Security Number Plate?
Once you get the message to fix the HSRP on specific go to RTO Affix the number plate. You can also check hsrp plates status online but not required.
