Nikon digital camera service centre in hyderabad in only one located in abids GPO big bazar gadwal towers Lane above Bank of Baroda Beside Jaya International Hotel.

I bought a digital camera S3400  on 1/20/2014 and  that damaged on 17/03/2014 by slipping on the hand.

I went there Nikon customer care which is located in Abids Hyderabad.

The checked my camera  the lens covered plastic window are damaged. but They are told me they need to change the all the lens Part it costs 6,971/- INR but camera cost  7000/-

and i went to another other third party service provider.in Chaitanya puri which is mahesh digital

they told me price 3000 for  replacement. But they repaired with out changing the part for 1500/- but lens covered parts not working  all of the camera working perfect.

That’s a Very small Minor repair But Nikon service center Neglecting customers I am really disappointed with Nikon next time I go for Canon or Sony.

but almost  there is no guarantee for free of service. better to repair at nearest service center if anything is broken.
