How does sauna belt work?
Formula: it generates heat to the targeted muscle and the tummy fat burns in sweat.

Usage precautions:
Drink 2 glass(plenty) of water before to sauna belt to avoid dehydration.
while wearing saunaba belt prefer instead of normal water hot drinks coffe, tea to boost fat burning level by heat.
do no uset after the meal (atleast 2 hours needed).
- Use daily for 45 minutes don’t
- use regularly after 3 weeks you need stop and wait for few weeks then try.
- don’t suddenly decrease or increase/remove the belt

Sauunabelt review (personal experience)
- I have noticed the small difference after wearing the sauna. but i have no time for wearing it. we have to wear it with the empty stomach to avoid digestion issues. while i am at home i have time to spend. but i am now working in the office.(released this may work give a try again). tired pasting but no time do workouts and go for gym.
now wearing at the office, of course, this is my own office so the problem with others.
Results: I have never seen any notable but I am not used regularly.
Now I am trying Metabolism boosting drinks Green tea, cumin water and less or no food at dinner to avoid fat accumulation.
